I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This lady has done nothing but lie during our ordeal and in this letterAny reputable business mail their customers receiptsBut this is no reputable business I have documentation that the emblem on the back was requested from the startI have the order on paperIt's the lack of organization that has caused the problems from this ladyIts obvious shes employed only because she's a relative not by skills or her customer service abilityHow unprofessional to say the picture was what was crookedAnyone with good eyesight could see otherwise I don't know how they have stayed in business this long by how they do the customers She's been rude from the start and I have on tape where she called me a *** on the telephoneShes a terrible human being to lie and chest people after losing someone they loveIf I don't get a mailed receipt , for the paid in full headstone we will seek in small claims court total cost of the imperfect headstone along with pain and suffering she has causedI'd also like to know what I have or expected in freebiesJust another lie by a horrible person that runs a horrible business You couldn't pay me to do business with this place againI would advise no one else do it eitherShe liesShe cheats to try snd get out of errors on their part because they didnt want to eat the costShe's the one that was trying to get the freebies

In regards to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint, we have tried many times...

to make her happy, but I don't think there is any pleasing her. She sent an email that said she wanted everything on the front side, so we put the emblem on the front side (she approved the drawing we sent her before we started working on the stone). She then complained that it wasn't on the back and I reminded her that her email said she wanted everything on the front, but she insisted it was to be on the back side as well. When we went to retrieve the stone after her complaint, we saw that the stone was not in fact crooked, but figured that the picture we sent was taken at an angle so she thought from the picture that is was. We did put the emblem on the back of the stone and that still didn't seem to please her.
The agreement she signed stated that a deposit of half was due before work on the stone was to start and the balance was due upon completion. No payment plan was ever discussed nor was it agreed upon. We are not a finance company, we make monuments. We sent her several statements to which we received no reply. When we finally sent a registered letter to her, after several months with no effort to pay or make contact with us, she refused to sign for it and started calling us and was far from pleasant. I never received an email from her asking for a receipt, perhaps it's because after several unpleasant emails from her I blocked her. She has her cancelled check and copy of her money order for her last payments to serve as receipts.
Since her continued complaints and actions after approvals lead us to believe that she was wanting us to give her freebies to squelch her complaints. We will never again welcome business from her.
