Review: I placed an order (order # [redacted] on McSweeney's Web site on 06/**/2014 for one copy of "The Best of McSweeney's" Hardcover edition, purchased for $30.30 (including shipping and handling). I received email confirmation shortly after, with an added note that shipping may take 4-11 days due to their shipping location in suburban New Jersey. On 07/**/14, 10 business days post-order, I emailed McSweeney's requesting a tracking number for my package. The $4 shipping charge for the book stated that the item would be trackable. McSweeney's never responded.
I emailed again on 07/**/14, 4 business days after my first email, and again received no response.
On 07/**/14, I called and left a message at their customer service number, and again received no response.
It has now been 16 business days since my order was placed. I have not received a shipping confirmation or a response to my numerous attempts at communication. 16 business days is an absurd amount of time for intrastate shipment, and I can only assume McSweeney's has no intention on fulfilling my order. If they have already fulfilled my order and it has not arrived to my residence, I would like to be given the opportunity to file a grievance with the postal service, instead of sitting in limbo.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered to be delivered. If this is not possible, I would like a refund, in full, including shipping charges and handling fees. An explanation as to their terrible customer service would also be appreciated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
McSweeney's reached out to me regarding a serious issue with their warehouse which lead to the delay in shipment. After speaking with [redacted], the representative from McSweeney's, he found a copy in their [redacted] office which he shipped out immediately, at no charge. Very satisfied with the resolution.
