This company is awful. We sold our house and they were going to be paid in full. They were still difficult with our escrow company and our realtor. Their customer service is beyond awful even when they are getting what they want.

The collection agent called me in regard with my son's account without any power of attorney signed by my son who is not underage, which I believe is illegal.
The agent was bully and threatening, and very rude.
