Thanks again to the McVay Brothers Team. On February 12th, the roofing team from McVay, completed the restoration of our roof. They were totally professional from removing the old roof tiles and tar paper, to installing the new roof materials, and clean up of the yard around our home. Just spotless! The team was knowledgeable, courteous and respectfully answered all the questions we had throughout the process. We don't know why McVay Brothers is not Revdex.com accredited after 87 years in business, but they should be!

My wife and I have contracted with McVay Brothers many times over the past twelve years, and they have been excellent every time. From installation of gutters to storm door purchases and installation, they have never let us down. They even built a separate door entrance to our garage for us. The McVay Team managed the entire door project from concrete cutting, door framing and electrical work for outside lighting, to door installation. From the first encounter with Lance to discuss options in products and colors to the completion of the job, we were treated with respect and professionalism. All aspects of the job, siding, trim and gutters looks amazing! My husband and I are very pleased with the completed job. All of the employees were very friendly and informative if any questions were asked (I like to know how and why some things are done). By choosing a vinyl siding, we now have a paint-free exterior. I was surprised when the crew for the rain gutters showed up on a cold and windy day, which was the day before Thanksgiving. We had a last minute change request on the downspouts, they understood why and willingly made the change.We would not hesitate to recommend McVay Brothers to anyone interested in upgrading the outside of their home.

McVay saved us thousands! We were looking at replacing our windows, doors and siding at our small home in Spokane. During the estimate process, McVay told us that the siding was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. They suggested that we look at painting it if we were wanting to spruce it up. That advice saved us a great deal of money. Seeing as though our windows and doors were outdated and not safe, we had McVay replace all of them. We love the new look and with recent warm temperatures, we have already noticed how much cooler it stays inside. Can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill! Thank you McVay.

My 80 year old home looks brand new. McVay Brothers installers were friendly and knew what needed to be done. They worked through the cold and snowy February to finish the job. They were helpful and patient, letting me make a few final decisions at the last minute. I can see why you are booked out - your product and service are in high demand. For good reason!

We have a house that is 101 years old. Nothing is straight. The McVay crew was outstanding when encountering problems...time after time they went out of their way to make sure the outcome was beautiful. We are soo happy with the results and would recommend McVay over and over.

Nov 2016 I had a house fire. McVay was hired to replace/repaired the siding boards on the front of my house due to discoloration from the smoke out a window. They replaced the siding boards that went under the two gable end shakes on the whole front of my house. This summer my gable ends on both sides bowed out almost a foot in the heat that the neighbors even stopped by and mentioned it to me. The gable ends are now warped across the whole front of my house and winter is coming. So you understand the smoke only came out a window and discolored above the window on one side of my house with a gable end the other front side of my home is the garage 15 feet away from the fire was with a gable end . It is also bowed out in four places where they replaced the siding boards that went under the gable end. I had McVay come out and look. Their 30 year employee said what needs to be done is the gable end needs to come down and the boards and he would personally do it so it was done right. He called me back a few days later and said sorry, we only replaced the boards not the gable end so the only thing we can do is tack the gable end down all across the whole front of my home to the siding boards. I told them it was not tacked down to start with why does it need to be tack down now, unless it was done wrong? He came back said sorry can't help you we were only asked to change the boards. My complaint is the gable end never bowed before nor were they warped with no tacks until McVay did the repairs on the siding boards. They obviously repaired it wrong or my gable ends wouldn't be bowing and warped so bad that people stop by and talk to be about it. Good thing everyone in my neighbor knows McVay Brothers did this job. I don't think they will be calling McVay Brothers to work on their homes. I told them McVay isn't willing to fix it the way it was before the fire.

Mcvay brothers just completed a job at my house and I could not be happier. they replaced my roofing, windows, doors and siding as well as added rain gutters. all of the workers were absolutely top quality people. when they scheduled appointments they were always there on time. they finished my job way faster than they thought they would and I am very happy with the quality of the products, and the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to have them do work for me again. I feel they deserve an A+ for the job thanks for the great job
