Hello, The complaint of the mattress was made outside of our reporting period as stated on the terms and conditions,   however our bedding manager Mr. [redacted] approved an exchange.    Our records indicate that the exchange was completed on 5/22/15.thank you

The item might have been to large but the main complaint is that the team could not figure out how to get the furniture at its desired location without doing further damage to my walls and stair case.  After several attempts the delivery team decided that they should not try any more because of the damage being done.

Our shipment did not arrive in time for the sale; however, we offered a comparable product which Mr. [redacted] did not find satisfactory. We are working to obtain the original set that was advertised. Our store manager will be happy to contact him when it arrives.

For this order we have on record that the warranty was offered at the time of purchase, and was declined by the customer.   Order number 206LFH098  10/13/14.  On delivery, 10/16/14delivery was made for a sofa $399.00 and a loveseat $349.00, and on that day the customer pointed...

out that on the bottom left side on the back of one piece was a small area of discoloration and also on one cushion.The customer was offered to refuse the furniture and we would schedule another set to be delivered, or we would give a substantial discount to keep the merchandise AS IS.   The customer selected to take the discount of $75.00 off each piece.   The customer asked at that time if she could purchase the warranty, and the delivery rep said no.   Warranty is to be sold at the time of purchase only.Ms. [redacted] contacted the store and the store management team got approval to sell her the warranty after the delivery.   That order is [redacted] 10/17/14.   There are written terms and conditions available at the store and also on line and describe what is covered and what is not.  Pet damage and accumulated damages are not covered.6 months after the purchase, on 4/24/15 Ms. [redacted] called in to report problems with her sofa and loveseat. The Rep tried to assist Ms. [redacted] even though the order was discounted to AS-IS and asked her to send in pictures.    The rep sent the pictures to the vendor who said the damages were not vendor defects.   Ms. [redacted] spoke to several people in our management team, all who explained that the merchandise was AS IS, and the damages were not vendor caused.   The rep also assisted with a possible warranty claim,   however, this too was denied because this was not accidental damages even though at one point it was reported that the one damaged area started from a small puncture or rip caused by her doggie.   Pet damage is not covered.We have attached the pictures of the damaged areas.   We will not exchange or service.thank you.

We are very sorry to hear that there is still and issue with a smell about the sofa.    We do show that the purchase was received in March, and two months later we had the first report of a smell.   Rep Kevin will contact Mr. [redacted] this week, and will be happy to contact the...

vendor and report there is still a smell and request a return authorization from the vendor.If we are given a return authorization,  we will take action immediately, and if we do not,  we will have a technician come out again and check the condition of the sofa.  If it is in good condition, we will work to get an authorization for a return to our company.thank you.

My friend, [redacted] used her credit card to purchase the chair for the perks, but I paid her cash, it's [redacted] chair. I returned all of the phone calls from Haynes/The Dump but the customer service person was never available. I called Cindy A[redacted](customer service manager) again today 10-13-16 at 12:54. There has been no reply. This dispute has dragged on for months unnecessarily. I called the warranty company as soon as the chair stopped working in the open position. They said they would come to look at it IN 2 WEEKS!! At their convenience.Again,who cares about the customer who just purchased a supposedly, BRAND NEW chair. They finally came but still didn't repair the chair. He had to order the main motor part! So another several weeks to wait for repair of a BRAND NEW recliner. That should not have happened. This recliner is a lemon, poorly made, & should not be deemed as a New product.  I continued to ask for help from the salesperson & manager by going directly to the store. Again no help. I called the customer service dept many many times to complain of the lack of proper attention & service. I can understand repairing a 1 or 2 year old product that has had some wear but this chair was less than 1 month old & very little use as I do not live at the premises. I would be more than happy to discuss this problem with the customer service manager. I spoke to Susan H[redacted]( customer service) who assured me that she would take care of this problem and to call her anytime. That was around July 14.None of my calls were returned.  I have called their main office several time to speak with the CEO. He has not returned my calls. I hope The Dump/Haynes will make changes to improve their customer service. I have been treated rudely. This company has made false statements concerning the use of the chair & of my health. I am offended at the bullying tactics and false statements. It is extremely unprofessional. They made a claim that I was living & sleeping in the chair day & night. I don't live at the premises or sleep there. The person who wrote that letter should be corrected and an apology should be sent. Their policies on no-returns, needs to be changed on BRAND NEW products. Many companies value the quality of their products and their customers. Many will refund their FAULTY PRODUCTS or replace it because they value their reputation and doing the right by their customers.

The business reached out to Revdex.com with additional information regarding this customer's concerns. They apologized for the confusion of this matter and delays caused with communication. The buyer was sending a sample of the items the customer was interested in. Only one color was available to be sent to this customer's location.

Review: McVay Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in our kitchen sink on October 15, 2013, for a total of $317.50. On December 28, 2013, the disposal fell off of its mount and had to be reinstalled by another company for $139.00. When I called McVay Plumbing to have someone come to reinstall the disposal, they said it would take two days to send someone. We wouldn't have been able to use the kitchen sink for two days, so I had to call someone else to reinstall the disposal.Desired Settlement: We want McVay Plumbing to reimburse us for the cost of the reinstallation ($139.00). We feel that if they would have installed it properly, it wouldn't have fallen out. If they had been available to reinstall it, they should have made an adjustment for the cost of reinstallation.

Review: McVay Plumbing did not replace a portion of my lawn as stated in the invoice/contract (# [redacted]) dated 3/11/15. I have contacted and spoken to both the office ([redacted])& to [redacted] on 5 occasions. When speaking with Mike M[redacted] during contract signing he said he would leave the lawn where he fixed an underground pipe the same as when he started the work. The in questioned lawn area is not the same as when he started the work. The are numerous large rocks and very scattered grass clumps. Part of the dug up lawn is on my neighbors property. Since completing the job, Mike stated he will not come back to repair the yard as it was before he started digging. Please advise if and how you can help me. I will be happy supply more information should you desire.Desired Settlement: Please ask [redacted] to repair/restore my lawn as it was before it was dug up.
