Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company did not tell me they couldn’t pour concrete, and they did not tell me that they didn’t have the tools for them to pour the floor, but they did tell me that it would be a very nice smooth finish, in which none is trueI had a certified contractor come out and look and my floor from back to the front it is 1/2'” off the drains are not put in correctly so the water does not run to themAs for me not having the floor ready for them when they came, I did have it wrongWhen I called him in regards to it being wrong I told him I would pay for his crew for that day and the lumber they needed for the form boards and he could give me the rest of my money back and we could call it even because he was upset, and told me no sir I already have the building ordered I also called him numerous times to see if they were coming back and he would tell me next Monday and never did and finally he sent guys out to pour the floorI have to give them my tools to do the floorHe told my daughter the reason the floor isn’t right is because I rushed themI think from November to March is way more than enough time to get a building upThe weather was not really that bad this winterHe also told my daughter that he really didn’t charge me enough to do the buildingWell how does that become my problem, he is suppose to be the expert at buildings not meIt is now June 16th and still no buildingHe had employees to bring some materials last Monday, but I have not seen or heard from them sinceThere is no framing material at all, there are no garage doors and I’m not sure there is enough metal there for the walls and the roofWhy would I supervise the men he sent to pour the floor and why would I use my tools when I paid them to do the jobThat is what I paid them forWe are going on months and still do not have a garage!! And based on their response they offer no acceptable resolution to this matter! Regards, [redacted]

On November 25, the customer sat down with our company and discussed the construction of a x garage on his property It was clearly stated at the time the customer would be responsible for the ground preparation It was also clearly stated the customer was given a significant
discount due to the decline of business over the winter months The customer does not mention in his complaint - a crew was sent out to form up for the concrete only to find out the ground had not been prepared, as promised, by the customer and was approximately 1' out of level The customer then called us and informed us he had the ground level This was approximately a week or more later At this point in time we were at the mercy of the winter weather and the scheduling system of the concrete supplier The customer was informed at the initial time the contract was made our company does not regularly install concreteAll tools with regards to the concrete would have to be rented The customer assured us he would have tools, with the exception of the bull float, on site They would be made available for our use The floor was poured in March of under the supervision of the customer The drains were placed under the direction of the customer All of the materials required to finish the job have been delivered to the job site The materials and time spent on this job have exceeded the customers deposit amount of $6, We have taken the building materials for the actual structure to the customers residence He has received all that he has paid for

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The company did not tell me they couldn’t pour concrete, and they did not tell me that they didn’t have the tools for them to pour the floor, but they did tell me that it would be a very nice smooth finish, in which none is true. I had a certified contractor come out and look and my floor from back to the front it is 3 1/2'” off the drains are not put in correctly so the water does not run to them. As for me not having the floor ready for them when they came, I did have it wrong. When I called him in regards to it being wrong I told him I would pay for his crew for that day and the lumber they needed for the form boards and he could give me the rest of my money back and we could call it even because he was upset, and told me no sir I already have the building ordered.  I also called him numerous times to see if they were coming back and he would tell me next Monday and never did and finally he sent guys out to pour the floor. I have to give them my tools to do the floor. He told my daughter the reason the floor isn’t right is because I rushed them. I think from November to March is way more than enough time to get a building up. The weather was not really that bad this winter. He also told my daughter that he really didn’t   charge me enough to do the building. Well how does that become my problem, he is suppose to be the expert at buildings not me. It is now June 16th and still no building. He had employees to bring some materials last Monday, but I have not seen or heard from them since. There is no framing material at all, there are no garage doors and I’m not sure there is enough metal there for the walls and the roof. Why would I supervise the men he sent to pour the floor and why would I use my tools when I paid them to do the job. That is what I paid them for. We are going on 8 months and still do not have a garage!! And based on  their response they offer no acceptable resolution to this matter!
