MD Aligne

I went through the company for a prescription in which the sent to my local pharmacyAs instructed by the MD Ailgne agent I went to the pharmacy to pick the prescription upI paid at the pharmacy $and received the prescribed medicationI then also was charged $by MD AilgneI called to dispute the charge as my insurance only charged me $I was told the pharmacy should have charged $I explained my insurance was used which decreased the costI was then told to go back to the pharmacy for a refundThis did not make sense because I was charged by MD AligneI did go back to the pharmacy to only be told they would not issue a refund due to my insurance being chargedThey also stated the company tried to scam me by charging more then the actual cost of the prescriptionI contact the MD Aligne and was told by Supervisor "Stacey C" they would issue a refund for the $and lock my account and not do business with me anymoreThis was more than an accept
