Hello This message is regarding customer complain ID***. We decided to discuss this complaint directly with our customer. We decided to refund our customer the total amount she paid to us for our services on
April 26, I also suggested that we can make another appointment on May 16, to check the vent hood and the cooktop again, and to see if we can find the solution for this matter on our mutual satisfaction. Thank you
