IN MY OPINION: customer service skills and credibility are seriously lacking in the 2 male employees whom set up appointments and answer the phones.
. If you are an unfortunate customer whom requested service with either of these incompetent employees - GOOD LUCK in getting efficient service. If I was given the opportunity to rated these employees on a 1-10 scale; I would rate them at A MINUS SCORE. THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY and I'm still waiting for service on my appliance.
