Per our Move-Out Policies and Procedures, it states that the tenant will be charged 0% if they are there longer than 48 months. The tenant lived there for 47 months so we are glad to waive that cost due to the one month shortage. The cleaning charge of $185.00 will remain the same. Thank you.

water bugs are going to gravitate to the pool (which also unfortunately happens to be in your center courtyard. This is the reason for him spraying and the good thing is that the bugs are dead (which is the purpose of spraying).
We have also talked to the gardener and he just applied the seeding to the backyard last Tuesday and it will take 4-6 weeks for the grass to come in and green up. It is important that the backyard sprinklers run each day early in the morning before the temperatures get too high for this overseeding to work.
We never want our residents to be unhappy and when looking at your records, I see that you just signed a new Lease effective 5/1/16. Since this Lease just went into effect and it appears you are unhappy with your current home, we can allow you to get out of your Lease with a 30-day notice if that is your preference. Unfortunately, we live in a very hot climate and the water bugs are searching for water and her swimming pool happens to be right in the middle of her courtyard at the entrance of her home. She sent photos of the bugs she had to sweep up after the spraying and they are all dead which means the pest control is working.
