MD Beauty Labs Reviews (3)

I had 4 treatment for a small simple tattoo with minimal results, with additioal appointments needed to remove the tattoo at 79$ a treatment. On a 2nd opinion by referral from a physician it was agreed that it should not be taking so many treatments. 1 treatment later from the new facility the tattoo is 90% gone. MD Beauty Labs does not practice an honest business.

I purchased a mosituring oxygen facial on 11.8.12, and on 11.10.12 my skin was dry and flaky even though I was told the effects last 4 days.I went into MD Beauty Labs on 11.08.13 seeking to get a deep cleaning facial. The receptionist told me the regular staff member who perform deep cleaning facials were not in, but the nurse who performs oxygen facials was in and could perform an oxygen facials for me. I asked if this facial would provide the benefits I was seeking such as deep cleaning and removing blackheads. She consulted with the nurse then recommended the oxygen facial guaranteeing that it would provide the desired effects as well as provide moisturization for four days. Upon this recommendation I decided to have the facial. I wash my face as regular and my face was extremely dry and flaky; a condition I did not walk into the spa with on 11.08.13. My skin was flaking and not moisturize as promise. I paid $125 and was extremely disappointed in the results of this product. I returned to the spa that Monday to resolve this issue, [redacted] told me she would talk with the nurse that perform the facial and get back to me. She also asked me to send her the picture of my skin in an email, which I did. I have sent her three emails since but I haven't had a response from her to resolve this matter. Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of $125. I am not interested in obtaining another product because I have no faith that it will provide the benefits it promises. Business Response The above mentioned client was seen on November 8, 2013. She was complaining of oily skin and black heads. We recommended a hydrating oxygen facial and it was by performed by a service provider who is a Licensed Esthetician and Registered Nurse. Upon leaving her treatment, she left satisfied with the service, however at the checkout she was unhappy with the price of $125. She reluctantly paid and left the facility. The following day we received a phone call from the patient stating that she was dissatisfied with the treatment and she had extremely dry and flaky skin. The patient was advised to come in for examination of her condition in order to determine what had happened, however she refused to be seen and sent in a half picture of a face with dry flaky skin.We were unable to determine if this was the client that was treated and the offer to have the physician see her after the treatment was declined. Therefore we did not refund her money due to noncompliance. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us at [redacted].Business Response The client was seen for oily skin and blackheads.
