We understand your concern and have already rectified this with the insurance company. The way it works with insurance companies is that we do not send in a payment for any overpaid claims but rather the insurance company recoups their money from future claims which can sometimes take months for...

that to happen. Rest assured that this has been addressed with the insurance company already and that it's not in our hands anymore at this point. It's now up to the insurance company to recoup their funds from future claims. Thank you

MD Billing should have an "F" rating. It has now been 7 months since they should have reimbursed [redacted] $3,152.07. They state future claims, What future claims should be provided? They deliberately kept the money. MD Billing are thiefs & consumers need to be warned about them.
