We just had a very positive experience with this company. We called him at 8:00am to report a leaking water pipe under the house. By 9:30am, he was here. He checked the leak from outside the house, and then crawled under the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the work required to fix it, and then went right to work. Not only did he fix our primary problem, but he also corrected a potential future problem with another pipe. He was clean, polite, and professional. And he knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything. He wasn't rushing to get the work done, but he didn't take needless time to prolong the work. We were very pleased with this man, and his quality of work. He was both pleasant and professional. We will definitely be using him again, as well as recommending him to others.
