It is a husband and wife business Ron and JanThey BOTH are very rude, the initial call is fine and makes you want do business with them but when it is time to perform they are short of being professionalThe technician was late to appointmt and was rude on the phone, he even hanged up on meI called the Company to report him without knowing that the wife was going to get the call and obviously she was super rude!! These people are very unprofessional and low class and takes nothing to tick them off
