[redacted] is telling a flat out lie!! We have him on camera in our parking lot, with his equipment and crew. We also have several witnesses to attest to the fact that he personally came into our office to request payment. The initial deposit & payment was made out to MD Paving and he asked my office manager to write it to him personally because the bank would not except it under the company name. After payment, the job was left unattended and [redacted] himself, not his son, called my office to say that the ODOT had taken his equipment for failure to produce the proper registration. He stated he was ill and now back in Texas and will send a gentleman by the name of [redacted] to finish the repairs. This gentleman came and watered our lot down, then explained that he had no equipment to repair the disaster in our lot! [redacted] leaves us no choice but to pursue this issue further in order to rectify the problem.
