I have giving the customer a call todayWe have been having trouble with our entry door suppliers on getting a superior productHis door has been sent to us twice but after inspection we sent doors back We have struck a deal with a new door supplier but all administrative work will not be finished until Jan 1stAt that time we will start ordering all of our doorsI apologize for the lack of communication with customer and would be willing to refund the price of the door, or if he can wait we would be willing to reduce the price of the door for any inconvenience he has experiencedI will continue to try to contact customer to work out a solution to the situation.Thank YouJeff [redacted] Window World of Indianapolis

***I just read your request to reopen the complaint that had been resolved.I can understand your frustrations with the completion of your jobWe have put a rush on the glass packs needed to finish your projectI can assure you that we will get your project completed to your satisfactionI would like to apologize again for the delaysThe reason that I wanted to come by when job is completed would be to inspect work, and for us to sit down and agree on a monetary amount to satisfy you for being inconveniencedI feel like it is hard to come up with a number until all work is completed to your satisfactionDave called to tell me that the sashes were not going to fit and that is why I did not stop by to do a final walk thruAs soon as sashes are in we will install them and I will stop by to go over job and discuss compensationIt is hard to find a company that will warranty any type of installed home improvement for as long as you own your homeWe can assure you we will be there to finish job and to take care of any warranty service you may needAgain we can understand your frustrations, but do not feel that the sashes not fitting and the misunderstanding of when I would be there to look at job warrants the reopening of this complaint.I will have office call you if they have not already with a time of arrival on the sashes . Jeff,Not all parts of the complaint have been addressed, the patio door is still not installed properlyThe crew was unable to level it properly and there is still a gap at the top on the handle side of the door Also they did not order window latches, they ordered window sashesThis response to the Revdex.com is a great example of the poor level of customer service that is being received, the communication is poor and no one knows exactly what is being done.The amount offered does not cover the level of frustration my wife and I have for Window WorldAt this point I see a couple optionsFix the remaining window and the patio door and offer a larger amount for the continued inconvenience or refund us $7,of the $9,439, we would consider the $2,as payment for the windows and forego any warranty on the windows and the install. I understand Scott believes he worked around our schedule for install, but the promise of day inside and day outside should have meant more, and my calls during the install should have been taken more seriously to get the job done in a timely fashionTo have sent installer for a job this size was not enough. ***Sorry to have Latches and sashes mixed upI was just going off of the part of the complaint you referred to latch needing repaired and assumed we had ordered new latchesNone the less we did receive your new sashes today 8/I will have the office contact you tomorrow and we can set up a time to install new window sashes and make any repairs needed to patio doorI will inspect job at that time and see if anything else needs to be addressedWe would not be able to accept the payment you offered in your responseHowever we would like to make a final offer of completing all work discussed and a cash payment of 5% of contract price a total of $We would like to put this behind us and again say we are sorry to have inconvenienced you and your familyWe have installed the best Replacement Windows money can buy in your homeWe hope this will settle this matter and you can enjoy your Windows and doors, and the energy savings they will save you.Thank You,Jeff P***Window World of Indianapolis
