Hello,
I will keep this to the facts onlyThe storm hit on Aug 6th of we signed Mr*** up to repair his damage to include a full roof& guttersWe finished the roof and did the guttersMr *** was not happy with the gutter
work that was doneWe went back out to try and fix his concerns .He wanted his elbows to be a B type elbow and so we did that but there were a few small problems with them stillI as the owner became involved at this pointWinter came and we told him we would have to wait until nice weather to fix the problemsWe then spring forward to nowWe have been trying to work with Mr *** and come to a good working relationship again but things fell apartI then told him I no longer wanted to work with himHe still owes us over $since last year and I told him to find some one else to do the gutters for the price the insurance paid for them and give us the differenceHe then filed this and here we are now
Between last fall and this time now we had many conversations on the phone that kept going worse and worse Thats why I decided it would be best for him to find someone else to help him as to not keep the bad feelings going
All we want is for him to be satisfied.By the scope of loss produced by the ins company he knows what the gutters should cost to replaceWe are only asking that he replace the gutters and pay us the difference

I had never agreed to have the elbows turned on the gutters, to make it rightThe only thing that I had always said on every occasion that we talked was to fix my home the way it was before the storm hitI now have been asked to pay him when the job has not been completedHis thinking is to just wash his hands of this and have me now spend time to interview and hire another companyI have so much time already invested into a job that all I asked is what was promisedThe salesman told me the house would be back to the way it was before the storm
The gutters on the house were years old and I never had a problem, now after replacement they leak and do not flowI also was told by him in a text that the final payment was $4553.32, now he comes up with a price of over 5k

I had a company come out and look at the guttersThey had told me that the leaks are due to not sealing the seams all the way up and that all the mitter cuts are wrongThey also told me that they used the wrong sealer and did not seal any of the screws
I guess I have no idea on what the final payoff for this company would be, he sent me a text saying he wanted his money in days but the job is not doneThe final payment he told me was $Also he told me that he would allow $for the guttersSo to me I would owe this company
Also have damage to my house when they tried to repair the job they had done*** promised me he would come out and fix the damage to my houseThat has still not been fixed yet

I have been in contact with *** and we are still working with the ins company to get them to pay for the damaged siding in full.They keep refusing to pay for all of itWe are waiting for a new adjuster to call or come out
The
insurance company doesn't want to pay because there are two different kinds of siding on the homeThe other kind came from an addition to the home
