M&D Improvements

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I said on my initial complaint Mike Walpole from M&D Improvements did not respond to my voice mails on 7/10/15, 7/14/I or 7/16/and he did not come to my home on 8/5/15, 8/7/or 8/10/which were all days he said he would come and look at the problem On 8/there was heavy rain expected which is why I told him it was imperative to come to my home, in fact he sent me a text at about 5pm stating he was leaving Cazenovia and asked if it was raining at my home I responded via text telling him it was not raining (it did not start raining at my house until after 7pm that evening.) I never heard from Mike again and it is apparent to me he had no plans to come back to my home to look at the problem I could not continue to wait for Mike to come as my fireplace and wall become wet in heavy rains damaging my home I called another chimney company who told me that being a stone chimney it requires a special water repellant and none had been applied (I was told it took several applications of water sealer as the surface was very porous.) My contract from M&D Improvements included water proofing the chimney which was not done I would like M&D Improvements to reimburse me $that I had to pay to have the water proofing done.I don't believe Mike knows what work was done on my chimney as I came home from work mid day the work was being done and there were teenagers on my roof doing the work Regards, [redacted]

was not to come on her property. I was more than willing to go and fix the repair, but not during the storm. I am still more than willing to come fix the chimney, but she has to agree to allow me on the property.
