We did agree to sell [redacted] a Candela laser for $30,500, they did make a deposit into out bank account with [redacted] on Feb 27, We did tell her the laser would be shipped within 7-business days Monday, I answered a call from Merryl and told her I would call her back in one hour and did call her and told her the laser would ship Thursday of this week Which would be business days from the day she made the deposit We are still within the time frame as promised as I answer this complaintFed 27, plus business days would be March 13th, We have sent Mr [redacted] an email to confirm the cancellation of the order, once we receive the response to the email we will refund the $30,to the customer within days We will need banking information from them which we don't have as of today Thanks [redacted]

At this point both parties have agreed not to do business together and the resolution will be on Monday when *** has agreed to replace the money in my account. I will settle this dispute as soon as the money will be replaced. There is nothing that can be done to instill faith in this companyThey should have called me and made sure I knew what was going on and not ignore me for a week. I will be awaiting the deposit on Monday and I will end this complaint

We did run behind on this order as a result of our supplier to deliver to usWhich doesn't make it right on our end
The customer did recieve the laser we did have to work on it once it was delivered and I would assume it is still running since we never heard from *** *** again in *** ***.
We do still have some *** ***'s locations that we still work with though out the US.

The laser was paid for on the 26th of February, and after they did not respond to my numerous calls (in fact NO ONE ever answered the phone for days) and business days would have been shipped on Wednesday March The company said it was 7-days, and days being the latest. days is not days nor did they keep me informed because of many the issues *** had with his family and phone prolems on their part etc etc etc I had not spoken to them in a week and I had told them I needed to know when it would be shipped so I can be available to have it installed. *** has *** ***'s information and can call him at ###-###-#### and can ask for whatever information he wants as he told me NEVER TO CALL HIS OFFICE AGAIN AND NEVER WANTS TO SPEAK TO ME AGAIN. I will not settle this until the 30,is in my bank account in full

I have attached the copy of the deposit slip when they made the depositHer date is wrongIt was clearly the Feb 27, 2014, which the laser would have shipped today on day
I will be making a deposit into Peter's account within days

Which would be 10 business days from the day she made the deposit.
We are still within the time frame as promised as I answer this complaint. Fed 27, 2014 plus 10 business days would be March 13th, 2014.
We have sent Mr [redacted] an email to confirm the cancellation of the order, once we receive the response to the email we will refund the $30,500. to the customer within 7 days.  
We will need banking information from them which we don't have as of today.

I am rejecting this response because:  MD LASERS required advance payment in full and promised the laser within 2 weeks of payment.  Then they went into the used laser market to buy a laser for us.  They have no regular supplier.  It took them FOUR MONTHS to find and deliver our laser. It has needed repairs, but we would never use MD LASERS again for purchase or service.
I am also told by the [redacted] corporate office that they no longer do business with MD LASERS.  BUYER BEWARE.
