I used the MD Live service in May of I have no complaints with the service itself (the doctor called me promptly, was professional, and addressed my issue) However, I have a billing issue and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone to address my concerns When you call the number they say they can only take a message and then someone will call you back However, I have now call times and have received no call back My insurance company has frozen my FSA account because of the issue they have with the MD Live claim and I can't get any help from the MD Live customer service department because they won't even call me back
Web site and app look great, but that is all MDLIVE has going for itService is terrible Scheduled an appointment with a DoctorThey never called or emailed meAfter an hour past my appointment with no word from the Doctor, I called Customer service and they said, and I quote " Sorry, I'm just an operatorAll I can do is take your name and number and MAYBE some will get back to you." So I waited hrsStill no contact from a Doctor or any representative at MDLIVEBut they did make sure to charge me $ Very disappointed in your Service
