I had to have pre-op tests & a clearance letter & made an appointment with this clinic. They told me on the phone at the time of making the appointment, they were in-network with my insurance. After waiting about 45 minutes in the exam room they told me they were NOT in network. I was pressed for time to get these tests done for my doctor's office so I could get the knee surgery asap. So I decided to go ahead with the tests there. This was Jan 16, 2020. They told me they would send/fax the results to my doctor's office. The results weren't sent until 2-3-2020. I called the clinic as did my sister & girlfriend daily to hurry them up but it didn't help. On one call, on 2-1-2020, they told my girlfriend the doctor had not even looked at the results as of that day! They kept telling my sister they were busy!
I read the complaints on line after all this happened so I'm not the only person this has happened to.

My insurance pays for a wellness examine yearly, but the Doctor's office have been for the last year not giving me my 100% covered visit by adding unneeded charges, making me pay before being seen by the doctor therefore not allowing me to take advantage of the wellness free visit. I was told that the prescription call in refills cost, but they are supposed to be at no charge because it is preventative.

I feel been unfairly charged and asked to pay before going back to see the doctor, but the my wellness visits are at no charge and I have been charged to co-pay twice. I never heard or was told that to asked the doctor to refill my prescriptions costs, I was not told that any addition body work cost. If I had been allowed to take advantage of the no charge wellness visit, someone might would have explained some things but they took advantage of me and the insurance company with their deceptive practices.
