why would Men's Health be a suitable substitution for a woman? Why would it take 120 days to deliver a magazine?. This is a giant scam and I should have my money refunded.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/06/17) */
Ms. [redacted] was contacted by our customer service department on 5/28/15. She spoke to a representative and was told the companies policies and procedures and was instructed to pick a new title. She has failed to do so, in the meantime; Mens Fitness Magazine was delivered to her residences having a start date of May 2015 ending April 2016. We have left numerous messages given the information she has provided and our toll free customer service number was stated on the last response, as well as the Revdex.com website, the back of her receipt and our website. Just incase, it is toll free- 888.494.1472

It is completely untrue that I was called numerous times. The policies of this company are completely unacceptable. Outrageous prices, terrible customer service. Their policy of arbitrarily substituting one magazine for another , in my case substituting Mens Health for Natural Health. Why would they make this substitution for a woman customer!? I emailed them saying I would accept "Vacation" magazine as a substitute from the unrecognizable titles (excluding Playboy magazine- which I didn't want to receive) they offer as substitutions.) They include all their ridiculous exceptions and rules in small print on a tiny receipt given by a young kid posing as a college student who then disappears to prey on the next unsuspecting victim.
