I am rejecting this response because: First of all my dentist did not refer me but only recommended them saying he would choose them. I went on his recommendation. Was told all that I needed was a picture ID. my medical card and $50.00 nothing else. no mention of any additional charges or would be responsible for any other charges. After the visit I received a notice from my insurance that had they had paid $74.00 to them for services and then sent me a bill for an additional $50.00. there was no mention of these charges before or during or after the visit. they had hidden these charges and after the visit revealed them hoping to get more money by using deception and fraud to extract more money. This deception needs to be shut down. talked to the lady in billing about the bill twice about this and she just blew me off saying "yeah good luck with that" was not willing to listen or reason. Very unprofessional and unethical behavior. I guess that should be expected with dishonest behavior.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
