this is [redacted] owner of md asphalt paving we applied a primotal vegetation stabilizer before we installed the asphalt also the culvert I haven't received yet as I have said repeatedly I will get out there and fix you're concerns as soon as I am able to in sorry I can't drop my entire operation to come and fix the driveway right away I have not been in the Elizabeth area in over a month I have been in grand junction on other contracts but will come by and fix the driveway as soon as possible

Me *** I am very sorry my guys didn't get around to seal coating the driveway as I told you I would do for you unfortunately we are completely shut down until probably the end of February before we can get any kind of sealer but right when I am able to get sealer I will come directly by you're
place and get you taken care of on again I am so sorry

This is *** *** I have not had a crew in that area as I explained to me stiles when he brought the problem to my attention I will get it taken care of hope to have a crew in that area within the next weeks and will resolve issues

*** as I've told you several times I will take care of the complaints you have and apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you I will get you're problems taken care of as soon as I set up shop in the spring I can't risk losing my dump truck any tractors trying to get up the hill at the moment and if you wanna give you're landscaper my contact information I will be more then happy to pay him for the exposed gas line however I widened you're driveway at the top as much as my crew could at the time we was doing the job and also I never complained to you one time about the payment amount nor did I complain when the job was finished for weeks while you were down in *** with family also the top coat you mentioned that was something I offered to do free of charge and was not part of the original contract so that need not be applied but I will remover the old asphalt that was my employees that done that and they have been reprimanded for that and it will be taken care of have

I just spoke to [redacted] on the phone and assured him I will have my guys put a sealer on the driveway this coming Saturday 10/8/16 and resolve issues with the driveway

on you're driveway however currently there are no ways for me to get you asphalt at the moment but as soon as I am able to get my trucks loaded with material I will get you're driveway taken care of you will be my first order of business when my spring season begins
