*** *** called into our offices on 4/28/to place an order over the phone first because she could not get a coupon code to verify on our siteOur customer service representative let her know that the code was not an active MDpocket code but applied a different code to her order to help
her out***'s order was not put in for processing until Monday due to the order being placed late on FridayThe processing team began processing her order on that MondayThis is when the error was noticed by the customer service team that the inventory was off on the website and in fact we had a backorder of the nursing pocketsWe shipped all instock items on 5/with tracking number: :*** and was processed day air.
