We contracted with this customer on March *, 2012.  We delivered materials on 3/**/12 and completed this job on 3/**/12.  [redacted] went and looked at the problem, which was aluminum fascia trim on the front gable of the house had...

blown off.   Hurricane Sandy may have contributed to this happening, but never the less,
we said we would fix it.  [redacted] gave a work order to one of his men to fix it.  We believed it was done.  This man no longer works for us, so it is back on our desk.
With the terrible winter and no work crews until this month, we just completely forgot about the repair.  We intend to call this customer and have the repair done as soon as possible, weather permitting.  This was just an oversight, we apologize for any inconvenience to this customer.

Review: I contracted with [redacted] to reside my home in Bohemia. He completed the work in August of 2012. In In October of 2013 pieces of siding started to fall off the house. I called him and he agreed to fix the problem. In November, when no one showed up to fix the problem I called him again. He told me that he thought his lead man fixed it and would take care of it. In December I called again, no return phone call. I waited for the miserable winter to subside before I started calling him in March. I called his cell and his office number. No response. Today my home still sits with missing siding on the front making for an unsightly look.Desired Settlement: I'm a simple man. I just want it fixed.
