We contracted with this customer on March *, We delivered materials on and completed this job on [redacted] went and looked at the problem, which was aluminum fascia trim on the front gable of the house had blown off Hurricane Sandy may have contributed to this happening, but never the less, we said we would fix it [redacted] gave a work order to one of his men to fix it We believed it was done This man no longer works for us, so it is back on our desk With the terrible winter and no work crews until this month, we just completely forgot about the repair We intend to call this customer and have the repair done as soon as possible, weather permitting This was just an oversight, we apologize for any inconvenience to this customer
