M.D. Seamless Gutters

Called and asked for downspout to be fixed multiple times. No call back or repair has been made.
The downspout on the Right side of the garage is leaking backwards into the elbow and washing away the soil near it. I have called many times to try and get this resolved. When I didn't get a call back from the gutter office manager I requested that the owner call me. He did not call me either. I called again and spoke to the manager. She said they were moving offices and would call me next week to set up the repair. That was last week, still no call. Someone came before to repair the downspout but the wrong problem was fixed. I think they came back a second time and still the problem wasn't addressed. I am done talking with them nothing gets done.
