I had a wonderful experience with Cleland Brothers The 3-man crew arrived on time, were fast and efficient while also being extremely careful with fragile items and furniture They crew worked together well, acted professionally, and worked hard I have never had a good moving experience until this most recent move with Cleland Brothers
We rented a condo in Prince Resorts from this company and it was horribleThe unit was not clean; there was toothpaste that had been left on the bathroom door for it had to be months it was so hardThe wall by the kitchen was just dirty and nastyThe lint filter in the dryer looked like it had NEVER been cleaned it had inch (I measured) of lint and when we pulled it out several inches of sand fell into the dryer that we had to vacuum upThe washer leaked and lord knows how long it had been doing this way before we reported itThe dishwasher did not work properlyWhoever does their housekeeper needs to be hiredI took pictures if anyone is interested in seeing themI would rate them a minus tenDo NOT use them
From my first e-mail, until the truck was empty and pulled away, these guys were great! They were available the day that I needed them (..which was very short notice) and the guys handled each and every one of my items (furniture and boxes) with care. As they unloaded the furniture, they were very patient with me as I tried to figure out where to place each piece. Moving day is usually stressful, but my day was great. I highly recommend Cleland Bros. if you are looking for a stress-free move.
