Mr [redacted] was our customer since July, we have not had any problems Yes we had someone to go by Mr [redacted] resident to pickup his neighbor can(s) by Accident the gentleman picked Mr [redacted] cans as wellWe apologized to Mr [redacted] about What had happenWe had every intention to get the cans back out to him We apologized For the delay but he chose to quitWe did refund Mr [redacted] for the unused serviceThe policy Is No RefundsWe do not feel that we had done anything wrong we still continue to pickup his Trash and Recycling it was a mistake that would had been taken care of Again we do Apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused him

Service was set up and they receive service at the residentThey are responsible for our property (cans) if the can is missing.We did not deny them service they could use there own cans or replace itThey chose to cancel service and go with another company Our policy like many others is
there is no refund on serviceThey could of use the service until it ended

Yes Ms *** called on Friday to say her trash was not picked up and assume that we had a substitute driver and he did not know where she was at but we did have the same driver as always. We contact the driver and the office was inform that she did not have any trash out when he went byNo one
else on her block called to say they were missedWe inform Ms *** that we could have someone by on Wednesday that would be the next time we would have the trucks in the areaBut she demanded us to go back that day we did not have a truck in the area Ms *** was not cooperative on waitingWe did speak to her on different occasionThe driver had NO reason not to pickup her trash he has done it all the other times and know exactly where is at As of Wednesday, February 25, the driver called the office to inform us that Ms *** went with another company and that is her choice hopefully things will work outMs *** cans were emptied as promised today, Wednesday February 25, we will be by to pick up on property (Garbage and Recycle can) as soon as possible all we ask is for Ms *** have our property out either by her garage or curb and we will have someone by to pick those up We do apologize for any inconvenience but we have NO reason not to pickup her trash or anyone else

I am rejecting this response because basically this company is fraud and not honestNothing written in the companies response below is accurateI even spoke to my neighbor who also uses this company and he saw that my cans were out the night before his wasThis person lives directly across the street I was not promised that my trash would be picked up I was told in a nochalant manner that they might If this were a reputable company they would answer the phone, return phone calls, believe their customers are correct since we are the ones who pay their billsThis company has so many negative reviews via the web that are all the exact same complaintI will also post a negative review as well and to any site that deems possibleThis company, its owners, employers are all a complete joke

again. I never heard from them. No communication whatsoever. But I'm finally getting the service I paid for and that's all I wanted. I will be taking my business elsewhere once this billing cycle is over. They've made it very clear that I am of no value to them. Thank you again for the follow up. Regards, [redacted]
