The owner of this business is rude, has zero customer service skills and is not willing to work with the customer at allI took my phone there to get the broken screen replacedThey called me after minutes and said the screen would be replaced but the home button was cracked (they didn't see that before) and it would never work againHowever, they did suggest that they could replace that (for an additional charge of course) and then said it would be back to normalI went along with the plan, but they did not deliverThe phone is still broken, they can't fix itThe owner then suggested that we get a cracked screen put back on and that we then call the insurance and file a claimThis is called insurance fraud!! I asked them if they could refund or even refund part of the service, but the owner was yelling and incredibly rude and would not help the customer at allHe blamed me and said it was my fault and that they couldn't help me at allI have already told everyone never to go here and that this place is only greedy for the moneyHorrible customer service, not willing to work with customers, terrible business ethicsI paid them for nothing, my phone is still broken!!
