After the program was purchased it was discovered the Landlord Report pro does not have a full accounting feature which made it useless. We continually waited for updates that never occurred. Data as entered would get corrupted, entries duplicated and work deleted without cause. We use to be able to remotely log on until an upgrade knock us out. Mdansby wanted to then charge us for an upgrade to use this feature. Telephone sales are outstanding, once purchased they are unresponsive. We went to another in the cloud Property Management software. The are continuing to inundate us with expired customer support option request to purchase that I have no intention of buying. Review: Hello,

I purchased the software, "Landlord Report" on July **. I have still not received the product disc in the mail. It was due to be sent that day according to the policies online. The download that was sent would not work, and now my computer is all out of whack. I believe it may have been a virus but I am not sure.

It reads on the website, Standard Delivery 5 days. This company has cheated me, and already has charged my business credit card for $149.95; I have made over 10 attempts on various days to contact an associate and the [redacted] simply takes a message and promises a "call back". I believe this company is a total scam and am horrified at the fact that they have my credit card information.

I have documentation of all the phone calls; I also have documentation of all the emails back and forth with the "tech support team" in which they beliddle me, and lie to me. I have no clue how this company can be allowed to practice business in the United States.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the cost of 149.95 to my credit card.

Review: My program crashes frequently; whenever I cannot get back on my program, it is impossible to reach MDansby for help and assistance or for restoring lost files. I have received absolutely no response after dozens of emails or phone call messages and their online support system almost never works. This is exceedingly frustrating as this program is the heart and soul of my business and it is crucial that it operates daily. These people are being paid for backup and customer service which they are simply not providing to their customers.Desired Settlement: I just want to be able to reach someone when I need help, either by online support or a phone call. And I need help NOW. Sending me an automated email with a message that they will respond shortly is completely useless because they don't. Customer service means RESPONDING to the customer's needs and they have demonstrated over and over and over again that they just don't care; all they want is my money but don't do anything in return.

Review: I purchased a Program from them called Landlord Report on 5/**/13. By 1/**/14 I had to call tech support which gave me a new account number in order to continue to use the program. The technical support is only good for the first year. Now my system has shut down again asking me for another account number which I would have to pay technical support to issue for a large sum of money.

So, you never own the program. It is designed to shut down every year and requires you to request a new account number from technical support in order to continue to use the program which I thought was mine once I purchased it for $70.00. They don't tell you every year you have to pay technical support over $100 to continue use of a program you thought you purchased. This company is very misleading and a ripp off.

Customer service was very rude if your not willing to pay for a new account number. This program will start by asking you for this new account number. I can't retrieve my years of back data or anything.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to issue an account number for customers who purchased this program that does not cut off my program from functioning. I don't care for updates and support. I just would like to use the program I purchased.

Review: I purchased the Landlord Review v15 program 2 user and from the get go it came with a bug. It makes my computer freeze and crash. My computer tech who has 16GB and 8core experienced the same problem. The program takes a lot of the CPU and it gets worse as you add more data. It also does not work for commercial rentals even though it is advertised for it too. They refused to refund me because when you agree to their purchase you agree to no refund. It does not matter that the product DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Also after reading all the other reviews there was no mention that one had to pay a yearly fee to continue to use the program. That in my books is fraudulent. It is holding the customer hostage same as it is doing by not issuing refunds for a product that cannot be used because it does not work.Desired Settlement: The business has the responsibility to be right with the customer especially if they have had to debug the program and know that it will not work properly with the customers computer. They are very much aware how the program works from all the complaints they have had. Ignoring the customers is not the right way to do business.
