I Raquel Martin Del Campo Owner of MDC Photography Video is reponding to this complaintTo Revdex.com, My Husband and I have a contract with [redacted] ***, to take Photographs and Video for her niece [redacted] On the Date March 18, from 11:00am to 9:p.mat the Mngo Golf CourseThe Price was agreed to pay 1,and they would receive: 150- 4x6, 2-8x10, 1-16xwith frame, DVDs , as gifts Wallets and a Slideshow DVDI agree that I have been behind in work and did not reach out to [redacted] regarding her WorkI always answered her callsI also took action on her work for example: I put her picture on my website for her to choose her prints, and finished her video with in the week she calledShe told me she did not like the photographs taken in-doors, but the out-doors were fineI told her that I could try to help them out in any way they wished so they could complete their order{by editing the images)I never agreed the images were a bad quality as she wrote down on the claimI hired a trust worthy photographer that has been in the business of wedding photography for yearsFor the video they received it and the only disliked the part were the video is recording the photo sessions(like behind the scenes or bloopers)They said because the guest were not looking at the video camera, I told them they are not suppose to do that, that is why there is photographs of them looking at the cameraThe video records the fun or ways they took the photographsThe videographer I hired is also a trusted videographerI was going to fix there video by removing those moving images and placing the photograph as a slideshowThen we spoke over the phone how she did not like the video at all or any pictures taken she wanted a refund I told her I would speak to my husband and get back to herMy husband and I agreed that we hired professionals with great equipment and great practice in this field of photography in wedding and quinceañeras [redacted] already recieved the 16xwith frame, the two gifts and the DVDsThe only things left is the 150-4xand 2- 8x and they have an ending balance of $we would compensate them by giving them the digital copies with print release form for our unprofessional communication and delayThis has a worth of $we do not agree in refunding cash but we can leave the $go

Price was agreed to pay 1,100 and they would receive: 150- 4x6, 2-8x10, 1-16x20 with frame, 2 DVDs , as gifts 100 Wallets and a Slideshow DVD. I agree that I have been behind in work and did not reach out to [redacted] regarding her Work. I always answered her calls. This has a worth of $400. we do not agree in refunding cash but we can leave the $90 go.
