I will never again use "MDF A Sign Company" in Titusville I ordered a foot x foot led signI put down 50% of moneyIt took over two weeks longer to deliver than promisedThey gave me the wrong manual the first timeWhen the sign was delivered, invoice had tax added a second timeThen it took two trips back to the shop to get the correct software on the memory card I can't use sign in original desired location, so tried to program it anyways thinking I could find another spot for itAfter over an hour I couldn't figure out the cheap Chinese softwareWhen asked to return sign for money my back I was told "It was custom sign" and "We do not have a return policy." I know of at least or of the exact same "Custom signs" they sold in Titusviile" I Asked for correct manual so I could try to sell the signI was left standing in front of his store while he went to the printer's next doorHe came back saying they were being printed and they would deliver the correct manual next dayNext day, still no manual Two days later when I went to get manual and complain again about not being able to return the sign, I was again berated with "We have no return policy." I asked again for the manual and was told they are being printed DO NOT use this companyThey don't deliver on time, and are not willing to satisfy their customersIf I had a customer standing in front of me as mad as I was, I would be doing what ever it took to make them happyThe sign has never even been plugged inI even offered to pay a restocking feeThey refused to work with meSo here is the result This was an $sign!
