Review: The laptop would not turn on. I sent it back to company. I have called several times but no one will call me back. MDG keeps taking the payment out of my account but has not replaced the laptop.Desired Settlement: I would like the laptop replaced.

Review: HI HAVE PURCHASE A TABLET FOR 500.00 NOW I KNO MY APR IS 49% ANNUAL AND I HAVE MADE 6 PAYMENTS OF $ 26.59 AND MY INTEREST IS $8.52. AND IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT now thats 144.75 - 500.00 ..355.25 this should be my balance now my balance is only $454. and change how is that ??? cant nobody explain to me you taking out out my 144.75 mdg put $ 46,00 towards my balance so I would like to know where is my $ 98.75 going towardsDesired Settlement: if I knew that my money is going to be going to intest chargers I would never order this see they dont explain this ...and I have a [redacted] account and and my intest charge is the same but I see a deffence in my balance

Review: They took money out of my account before they did a credit check and everything. And they want another bank accountDesired Settlement: I just want my money back and they need to do credit check and all that before they take money from people.

Review: back in august, I found this company on [redacted] advertising "low monthly payment" laptops. I paid them $40 the first month. I received the laptop and it was junk. I called them and told them I wanted to send it back because it's junk. they said they couldn't do that and they said that my payments will be going up to $83. I called them back because they took the money out of my account and they said "oh, your payment is going to 100". I blocked them from taking money out of my bank. and today, February *, 2015. they took 100 out of my bank account. they changed their name to take out my money. I had this computer "fixed" four times. I spent over 1000 dollars on transportation costs and shipping costs because they didn't give me any other choice. I asked them for an address, they refused. the pc is junk, I had to throw it away. it was never fixed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. they took out three payments. one for $40, $83, and one for $100.
