I ordered Screened Top Soil and got sand instead. The owner claims that is AZ sand and considered top soil. Huh? Makes no sense and my lawn is now ruined with this sand that turned hard as a rock and nothing is growing in it. Guy who works there came out to look and took sample from left over pile. He stated it was definitely sand, and there was even little rocks in it. Owner won't do anything about it to help rectify this bad situation. Have used their services for years and guess he does not care and will now lose a good client over a $265.88 problem.
