8-17-2017To whom it may it concerns,I am writing this letter to respond to a complaint that was made to MDLRestoration INCto further explain this mannerThis complaint from the Insured (*** ***) is an insurance claim that we signed in March of We provided estimates to *** for
work to agree on pricesWe completed all work that insured and his public adjuster (*** ***) refused to release checks to us unless MDL Restoration Incpaid them $10,in cashObviously, we refused but still did deliver all the insured salvageable contentsAt that point, we still have not been paid in full yetLater, the insured asked that we return all the unsalvageable contentsThis is including appliances and electronics, which we normally never do as per stated in our contract that insured signs before work beginsThe insured was paid over $15,to purchase all new contents, such as appliances, furniture, etcHowever, I said we would deliver if he agreed to pay MDLRestoration Incfor the services that was providedFinally, he agreed after our attorney started legal actionWe have since then been paid in full and we delivered all contents that we hadIn conclusive, this complaint has been rectified and the insured is satisfied.Thank You,Michael L.President

This complaint is completely false*** *** *** *** *** releasedmoney directly to MDL but this is not trueAll payments were made directlyto *** *** *** I am sending over all the estimates andinvoices of the work that we have completed at the home of *** ***This
will show what we were payed for and what we are owedAt the time wewere paid, we hadn't even written a repair estimate nor did we have thecontract for the repairs for *** *** I am aware that *** *** didnot receive any money back from the *** *** *** for herunsalvageable contents or to repair the damage to her homeHowever, this isnot our fault nor did we have any control over this matterWe were not paida single dollar for our garment restoration invoice, along with a few otherinvoices as shown in the file attachedAlso, we weren't paid for ouremergency servicesI am beginning to believe that *** *** understandsthis and is trying to bully us into performing $12,worth of repairs toher home for freeThis complaint should be with *** *** ***
