MDM Home Landscape and Design

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint MDM told me grass would grow during summer as well She told me she would return to check in on how the lawn was establishing and never did She did not throw away stones but instead put them in piles along the sides of my houseShe left dirt and debris inside the depressed/underground window panes of my basement windowsShe did not put down adequate grass seed at the top of the soil to establish a lawn because it was buried under the additional dirt she had to bring in because the land leveling she tried to get me to accept the 1st day was extremely poor She left areas of my front yard without any grass seed at all She did not do additional work She told me she was tired and this was an awful job Regards, [redacted]

To whom it might consider: MDM Home Landscape & Design did a estimate for reference number [redacted] The [redacted] had hired a tree company contractor to come in and remove several trees stumps and rootsMDM Home Landscape & Design did additional work for reference number [redacted] by transplanting ferns that were not on the quote/ invoice also additional topsoil was brought in that was not in the quote or invoiceReference number [redacted] signed the invoice that was documented that MDM Home landscaping is not required for grass to growMDM landscaping & Design completed the invoice therefore refund will not be appliedMDM is not responsible for Mother Nature weather or The drought that was caused during time the job

To whom it may concern,In response to Best Business Bureau complaint ID number: ***: MDM Home Landscape & Design successfully performed all work requested and agreed to invoice # dated July 11, In fact MDM Home Landscape & Design performed additional tasks that were not in the
written requested per customer agreement at no chargeCustomer was informed that mid-summer is a far from ideal time to sow grass seedKnowing this, the customer deceided to proceed with the work in Late July Further more, the written request stated that " MDM Home Landscape & Design was not responsible for the grass to grow!
