Horrible companyTakes our money and does not finish the job

May 27th, Best Buy WINDOWS AND DOORS we called left message and very soon same day met with MIKE (sales rep)A very, very talkative person and cut into conversation trying to over-talkHe gave a quote on white color paper which has company name on it For residential windows his quote inclGST [redacted] and he turned paper so it can be seen by us and asking *so, how do you like the price?* Answer: [redacted] Mike, we have other quotes and yours is ways up the highest in cost to us*.~~ So, he came up with reduced quote of [redacted] again inclGST*You like this better? [redacted] *It is much better but we still want to think about the whole quote and so we will contact you*Immediately Mike said: *Look, I will throw in the other small kitchen window and all for [redacted] it includes GST* Still we wanted to think about it even now more because WHY does a company reduce from [redacted] dollars within minutes to windows now, $ [redacted] The last Mike was doing is making up a new sheet with rough window's measure but this time address with company name was shown on quotePink color quote paper and $ [redacted] Mike was told we shall let him know of our decision by no later but the following Wednesday he, Mike, told us he will leave this with us and we can read over and we can call them to signOK, fairAgain very pushy and VERY talkative fellow Next day morning we received a call and a RICHARD saying [redacted] the company is sending an order out and to get our windows by mid-July he wanted to know if we are ordering*? ~~ Who is Richard? Apparently he has various employment positions to cover with the company but he said; [redacted] I answer only the phone**Ok, so in this case give MIKE a message we want to talk with him, and not a phone answering person*Right after we hung up Mike called~~~ Mike, we have some question before we signThere is absolutely no description as to WHAT windows or type of material your company uses we have to know the detailsAlso want to know warranty, labor warranty shown, what glazing the windows are low e-glass and Argon gas, exterior color, J-trim handles, WCB insurance, and so on quote example as we have from other company's We also ask Mike how they service the windows G-d forbid something goes wrong while they holidaying in Florida over winter, till March*Mike told us company closes! *How they handle disputes*? ~~ Mike yelled on the phone and said [redacted] we don't trust him he, does not want to do business with us*.~~ The way he shouted rudely was concern to call back and guess WHO, answered the phone? RICHARD! ~~ *We ask who is the owner of company as we wish to contact them with a matter of business concerns in how we were rudely treated by their sales person, MIKENever got a direct answer but the phone clicked and disconnected? ~ Next morning RICHARD called back and asking if we can do business? Pushing of order date was given againWe told him we need more answers for security of entering a contract and they must be in writing on the contract AND want an apology from MIKE*As soon we hung up YES, Mike calledHe apologized but came across not doing it from truth~ Anyhow, again we mentioned what we need to be on a contract between us and he told us he will do ANYTHING to make us happy~~ This was the last between Mike and us from thereon we only talked to RICHARDApparently he is from Philippines however when ask *what the capital of the country [redacted] he was unable to answer but guessed on one, WRONG~ We agreed us write all of our questions down and forward those same day to RICHARDThis was done and we let RICHARD also know of us being unavailable from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening lateAs they want to place an order they would have to contact us back via- e-mail and to please answers next to our questions plus the OWNER Anton [redacted] now must sign contract and initial all changesTheir rules!.~ Instead of getting e-mail back we received plastering phone calls from BEST BUY windows one after the other never leaving a message? Remember we told Best Buy windows and doors us not being available during a specific timeSPECIFIC e-mail was requested having the answers.~~ The end between usThey are a company in our opinion who is only to be trusted and such when all is in black and white on paper with the upper management doing all signing or, changesThe back of the pink paper left with us in small print make such rules plus manyIt is our opinion that details are not given because of no commitment No management contacted us or any answers to question We were yelled at, called names and not at all handled in a polite manner becoming of a decent company in our opinionIt is our opinion from the complains shown under Revdex.com our concern holds reasonThis company in our opinion must be touched with caution before commitment of signatureREAD back of contractTake your time and read every little wordNOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

READ back of contract. Take your time and read every little word. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

This company should not be in business in Calgary. Shoddy workmanship, poor performing windows, not honouring warranty, unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Total disregard to customers.
