MDM Restoration while performing an excellent job initially with the installation of roof and siding eventually underwent a management change whereby their ability to respond or work with clients for repair work has fallen into a communication blackhole After a month and a half of attempts to reach various points of contact within their organization, leaving countless voice mails they simply do not respond to their customers needs and do not abide to the support that they committed to initially in terms of warranty and support behind their work I would highly recommend at this time not considering this organization given the lack of customer commitment and follow through
