Order never received. MDoughW never responded to my emails about it.
Placed my order on 2/13/19 and triple checked that my address was correct. Their site said that the order will arrive within 3-5 days of it shipping. 8 days after they claim the order "shipped" and it was not delivered. My tracking number says it was but I am 100% positive it was not. I tried contacting MDoughW through email 3 times and got no response. They have no phone number on their site so I was not able to call them. I even direct messaged them and commented on their Instagram photos to please respond to me and still got no response. Overall I spent $34.81 on an order that I never received. Will have to take this up with my credit card company.

Desired Outcome

I would like my order to be sent to me this time. In addition I would like my money back because this is ridiculous.

I have to start off by saying that I have personally never left a review about a company before but given the experience that I had with MDoughw, I felt compelled to leave this review. I would give zero stars if allowed. As seeing this advertised in a few places I decided to give them a try; I mean what girl doesn't love cookie dough! However, when I received the product it was less than mediocre. I definitely wasn't impressed but when I saw that they were doing a contest and giving out new products, I decided why not, I'll give them another try without actually having to spend my own money again. When no winner was announced (what a cheap ploy to get the company name out by offering a "contest") I contacted them asking if there was a winner and after months of no response (or winner), I made another statement on how I thought it was bad business to put a contest out to the public with no actual winner. Well, they responded to that! But the response I got was immensely unprofessional!! Not only did they block me from contacting them again, but I was told that I was ruining their business name and should essentially kick rocks and never buy from them again! I couldn't believe the level of low that this company gave as a response to the fact that THEY lied! Needless to say, not only do I not recommend the product, I definitely don't recommend their customer service or their attitudes! Wow! (By the way, still no winner)

Delivery took almost 3 weeks with minimal explanation. No effort made by customer service to resolve issue.
I placed an order on 7/23 with MdoughW for my sisters birthday. She was super excited since shes been wanting to try the product for a long time. I paid roughly 12 dollars for shipping which says 1 day for handling and 2-3 days for transit. I waited until the 27th since I had not received any shipping updates. She said they had run out of a flavor I ordered so they could either cancel the order or add a little something extra into the box and ship ASAP. I chose the latter. When I still didn't hear anything about shipping in the day following I emailed again. 3 days later I receive an email that they had an emergency at their shipping facility and would not be able to ship until later that week. I did not hear anything back that entire week about the product going out. Finally on August 9th .. SEVENTEEN DAYS after I placed my order it was shipping and it arrived on August 14th. I am EXTREMELY baffled by what they call customer service. There was absolutely no email that went out that a product was originally out of stock, there was no email that went out about shipping delays. I do not think I would have heard anything from their end if I did not reach out. There was no effort to make any sort of resolve.

Desired Outcome

I feel that there should be some effort made to resolve this. I am happy that the box finally arrived, but I am very angered by their lack of customer service. I paid 12 dollars for 4-5 day shipping that took 17. There was no letter or card of apology when the package was received. The least they could of done was add something extra into the box to apologize for the extremely long delay.

On February 9th 2018 I reached out to their customer service via their email regarding a delivery issue. I was home when the package of cupcakes was delivered and when I went out to get it and opened it, the entire inside was covered in ants. I took pictures and sent them immediately. I have followed up with numerous emails (2/9, 2/13, 2/19, 3/12, 3/18, 3/30, 4/19) as well as three emails I sent directly from their "contact me" page. In that time I received one email asking for the images again, and one email stating they were working with USPS both sent in February. Since then, complete silence. I spent 85 dollars on this and have not been compensated or even contacted. I tried to comment multiple times on their Fb page for someone to please contact me and was deleted and then blocked from commenting. I have copies of all emails I have sent including time stamps etc.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would simply like my money refunded. An apology would be nice, but unlikely.
