Spoke to them about an order that was missing an item in August. My order was from May (yes, it took THAT long to arrive).
Best message I got from them was "Thank you for reaching out. I will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible."
Any of you savvy in office lingo, "as soon as possible" usually means whenever they remembered or feel like it.

I understand we're in a pandemic and availability might have been affected, but we just touched October and I've yet to receive a single word from them.
Absolute piss poor effort from their customer service, if I can even address them as such since their email didn't even bother to include a signature of the responding agent and company association.

And if the comment and its respective response was any indicator, my mug is probably "still being shipped". Yes, five nearly five months after the fact.
A lesson learned, not ordering from MDRNdeals ever again.

I ordered two items from them and the item was never delivered. Till today the the shipment says it has shipped and still at the same location order number (***). It was last updated on June 1st. I have tried to reach out to the company after the shipment to find out the status but I have not heard anything from their end.
