I have contacted *** and *** again today about this situation, and spoke with ***. It appears that their was a miscommunication on the cancellation of their personal training agreement. We utilize a system called Bodyworkz to help us organize and maintain all of our personal training clients. It appears that ***'s contract was indeed cancelled in our Bodyworkz system but not within our billing system.
Last week, prior to receiving your letter we had cancelled and re-funded ***'s contract. She had paid towards the contract. The *** have received back, and will receive the last within 7-business days. The lag in full re fund time is due to how the drafts came out within the agreement. Our billing vendor cannot release payment back to the consumer until days after the draft occurred. That date is tomorrow, so within 7-business days moving forward the *** will receive the remainder of the cancelled agreement
I spoke with *** *** tonight and explained the situation in detail. I also informed him that I was including *** on this e-mail and would welcome any further feedback on this situation.
We would like to apologize for the miscommunication and hope that the action we took last week is the action and response that is desirable for the ***. *** and I had a very pleasant conversation this evening and it sounds like the miscommunication has been resolved and understood.
