MDS Home Repair

Horrible work. He damaged items in my home, left a complete mess and did not finish the job. He got paid in FULL and refuses to finish or fix it. He also threatens lawsuit if you leave bad reviews..

I just would like to give a bit of credit where credit is due. Not big on submitting reviews whether negative or positive, however, I must share my experience with MDS Home Repair of Port Orange, Florida. I am a retired snowbird from New Jersey who likes to pay Florida some attention in those "cooler" months of the North East winter. As with many homes that sit unattended for 6 months out of the year, some repairs and remodeling are in order every so often. I have owned my home for 23 years and have hired several different companies for the necessary maintenance, repairs, and remodeling. By far and away MDS Home Repair takes the crown with efficiency, professionalism, and unsolicited creativity. Owner Mark C and his professional team dazzled me with a custom MDS bathroom remodel 9 months ago and WOW. The extremely detailed attention to the travertine tile installation and custom vanity design was worth every bit of my hopeful investment. Honestly, what was worth more to me then anything was my experience with these guys who offered me insight into self-repair strategies that could seriously raise the value of my home. They were not out to get me, they were out to help me and I'm sorry but it just seems that companies nowadays don't exert this value any longer. My hat's off to MDS crew and yes indeed I am finally ready for the Kitchen Remodel.
