We have had some staff changes and in the middle of a move so things are very hectic manager spoke with customer and explained that we were having a hard time retrieving said phone. She was extremely rude to him and called him a not so pleasant name. So he told her not to speak to him in that manner or conversation would be over she continued her rant so he ended the call. She then called back and told me that she wanted to speak to the owner and I told her they were not here explained that we are in the middle of a big move and he is all over the place she was very loud and very rude. That being said we were able to retrieve the phone several days later and she wanted us no demanded we mail it, but after her rude attitude owner told me to tell her when she called back to come and retrieve it as she has been the rudest customer he has dealt with in a long time. She did come and retrieve the phone and was very rude then too. I did apologize several times during this process and told her we did our best with the circumstances and the location of the phone was a real problem.
