I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am still having the same issues even though they did up grade package and I am not mistaken or lieing when I say the office and I have contacted David and Eric every month more than once a month so yes they have all been aware of issue since day one Mud says it's a direct tv issue and direct tv says it's a m d uissue mean time I'm paying for service I can't use being charged and as far as waiving what's that for I don't owe you that anyways so I'm confused on that issue .and no issue isn't resolved and all the hours and leg work I've done I deserve to have this fixed thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

Look like I have said several times and tired of repeating myself I was charged the by direct tv in turn did nothing cause there blaming m d u .all I'm asking is that this continuing to blame other party isn't solving my issue I want my services fixed and stop blaming the other I have spent hours on phone with m d u and direct tv I know the office has been involved as well and spoke to both parties involved This takes away from my job and my time trying to be fair nice and workable but after months of same issue and all the runaround I've gotten and problem still not fixed I just want the service I pay for to work
