Advanced Restoration was recommended to me by my home inspector for mold damage in a house I was purchasing I had to call the office (***) at least times to even schedule an appointment for *** (the owner) to come out to do the estimate *** would not accept the $payment with a card and I didn't have any checks with me *** promised me directly that I would have the quote in my hands by Noon the next day for court At 3:00pm (after calling multiple times and being promised only more minutes by ***) I still didn't have it The next day, I called *** and she said that *** refused to release the quote until she receives the check I had mailed I could have just paid in cash if I knew that! The purchase fell through DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received from this group! I have been attempting to receive a call back since Friday 12/9/16 and today is Wednesday 12/14/2016 and I have been calling daily and told daily that I will receive a call back and NOTHING. This is VERY POOR customer service and horrible way to do business.
