Mrs [redacted] purchased a package of Hydrafacials on 6/11/15 for $450. This is our regular price. On 7/16/15 we launched a [redacted] deal offering the same package for $225. Mrs [redacted] then contacted us and threatened us: "If we don't give her either a refund or credit on her account...
for the difference she said she will sue and dispute charges." Mrs [redacted] purchased the package more than 5 weeks before we launched the Groupon. She was not coerced to purchase the package nor was she tricked into paying more. We do not retroactively refund clients when we have a sale in the future. This would be akin to going to your supermarket with their current sale flyer and asking for money back from something you purchased a month ago! Mrs [redacted] was told she could purchase the Groupon deal too, which would bring down her overall cost per hydrafacial.
