Revdex.com,when the customer brought the vehicle to us back in 02/07/he had a concern on his brakesAfter inspection, the technician recommended to replace all brake rotorsHe also noticed that the brake pads had been done recently, the issue was that brake rotors were not resurfaced, therefore
could of made damage the existing brake padsWe recommended to replace all brake pads and rotors but the customer declined since the old pads still had a considerable amount of material leftHe approved the replacement of the brake rotors onlyWe performed the service, test drove the vehicle and verified the concern was no longer an issueFast forward to 03/27/the customer brought the vehicle back for brake rotor inspection and we found that the brake rotors were heavily used and the brake pads were literally almost metal on metalThe customer had a concern that the brake rotors were never replaced according to a different shopWe have proof that new rotors were replaced all the way around on this vehicleThe customer is using this vehicle for commercial purposes (*** ***) therefore, causing extreme wear on the brake rotors considering that the old pads were not replaced. The original mileage on this vehicle the first time it was 160,and the second time around the customer had around 168,plus miles on it, literally with in he span of a month and daysThis is a clear indication of the type of driving the customer is doing averaging out about 7,plus miles a monthThis will average around 91,miles a year!!! We tried to replace the brake rotors for the customer at no charge but he declined and took it to the main location in Kyle where the owner operatesAfter they inspected, there were other recommendations for his vehicle which he declinedThe Kyle location, warrantied the repair and replaced the brake rotors for himThe customer was taken care of under warrantyWe as a company, take pride and ownership on our workmanship and customer care. We have also attached documentation on the first and second time this vehicle was in our shop

I want to mention I ask for the old rotors & the refuse to give to me.I took no minivan to fix the problem & 2 weeks after I had the same problem. I accept the repair recomentation they give to me. & after the fact they start to mention stuff never was mention before . when they check the minivan they tell me they going to replace but will be in a different day after I mentioned them I going to take to court they make drive to a different location because the owner say he need to check the rotors & when I get there he not even took the time to check it he send a mechanic to do it.Of the never fix the problem why should I pay for service never done right & I offer to pot for the rotors I saw they replace after the fact 2 differents3 shop's saying the rotors was not new!!Tthey never give a written paper saying I refuse their recommendation[redacted] did that & they give you a copy for you records even if you refuse the service.Already pay around $140.00 more for something already payed.T
