Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is that there were multiple communications with the business to cancel the membership. First to cancel the contract due to health issues which they would not honor. The manager makes a note of this occurring. After they would not honor this request we made it known we would like to terminate as soon as contract was up. She documents that there was communication here with emails as well as phone calls. The only way to cancel we were told is by writing so that is what we did. Of course this leaves no proof. I do not believe we should be held accountable for them misplacing/losing paperwork. The contract ended in June and we were charged through October. The termination request did not come out of the blue as there are multiple documented requests for this to occur. Because of this I believe we should be refunded the months we were charged after the original contract ran its course in June.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our facility has a very simple process of terminating memberships which is providing a cancellation request days prior to the next billing cycle,
*** did call reading cancellation and was provided the form to cancel via emailThis form was never returned to
us for processingWe do not do any changes to contract agreements vie verbal communication
*** opted instead to charge back on the dues instead of providing required request formOnce the claim for charge back was denied they then decided to contact the Revdex.com
I have attached the email communication between Me Fitness staff and ***, her contract stating the procedure and the document we provided to her on Sept 7th for her signature that she failed to send back to us and a copy of the returned funds to our account after the merchant account processing evaluated the claim
We cannot take verbal request to alter members accounts for this reasonWe store all documentation in the member's files and do not have a full time processing department so that we can keep cost low and provide consistent service to our member

The claim of $200.00 Is erroneous ~swell as you can see the membership dues are$40.00 per month and in the email dilled Nov 3, 2015 [redacted] is refers to 4 extra months. We do consider this matterclosed and wish the [redacted]'s well.
